Refund & Returns Policy
CanvasDate operates globally and is registered in Turkey. All our products are made to order and customized based on the customer’s individual request.
1. General Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges for reasons other than manufacturing defects or damage incurred during delivery.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 calendar days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.
To request a replacement or refund for a damaged or defective item:
Send an email to support@canvasdate.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
Once we verify the claim, at our discretion, we will either provide a replacement product at no additional cost or issue a refund.
3. Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse refund or replacement requests if sufficient evidence is not provided or if the item is found to be in acceptable condition.
All return shipping costs (if any) for defective or damaged items will be covered by CanvasDate.
We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or improper installation by the customer.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We do not offer refunds or accept returns for:
Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Errors in personalization caused by incorrect information provided by the customer
Minor variations in color or texture due to differences in display screens or natural materials
