CanvasDate operates globally and is registered in Turkey. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms of Sale.

1. Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance by CanvasDate. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these Terms.

2. Personalized Products

All products sold by CanvasDate are personalized and made to order. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded, except in cases of production errors or damage during shipping (see Section 6).

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed in the selected currency and are inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise. All payments must be made at the time of order via our secure payment gateway. We use 256-bit SSL encryption for all transactions. We do not store your credit card details.

4. Delivery

CanvasDate ships globally using trusted carriers (e.g. DHL Express). Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs clearance. CanvasDate is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges that may apply in their country.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing support@canvasdate.com and providing photographic evidence. We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.

7. Risk of Loss

All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

8. No Chargebacks

By purchasing from CanvasDate, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve any issues.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Sale shall be governed by the laws of Turkey.
