Refund and Returns Policy

5. Paid Services

5.1 Billing Policies

Canvasdate Premium is available only via paid subscription. Your subscription starts when your first payment is successfully processed. Subscriptions are recurring billing transactions (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose). Unless stated otherwise, your subscription and the related billing authorization continue until you cancel.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Canvasdate to charge your selected payment method the price shown at the time of purchase (“Acquisition Price”). Pricing may change over time; however, unless otherwise stated, existing Premium subscribers will continue to pay the price of the plan they originally subscribed to.

Your payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing period until you cancel (unless stated otherwise). Billing periods are calculated from your subscription start date. You may cancel at any time, but cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period. You will not receive a refund for the current billing period.

If Canvasdate offers a free trial, any unused portion of the trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Canvasdate may issue refunds or credits at its sole discretion. If a refund or credit is issued, Canvasdate is under no obligation to provide the same or similar refund/credit in the future.

5.2 Refunds

You may cancel your Premium subscription at any time; however, cancellations are not refundable. If Canvasdate suspends or terminates your account or these Terms, you understand and agree that you will receive no refund or exchange for any credits, any unused subscription time, or any subscription fees for any portion of the Service, unless required by applicable law.

5.3 Payment Information, Taxes

All information you provide in connection with a purchase or transaction must be accurate, complete, and current. You agree to pay all charges incurred using your selected payment method in connection with Canvasdate Premium. You are responsible for paying any applicable taxes related to your purchases, where required.

5.4 Free Trial (If Offered)

If Canvasdate offers a free trial, the trial provides access to Canvasdate Premium for the trial period stated at the time you activate it (the “Free Trial Period”). The Free Trial Period begins when you activate the trial by submitting your payment details.

By submitting your payment details, you (i) accept the free trial offer, (ii) consent to Canvasdate using your payment details in accordance with the Canvasdate Privacy Policy, and (iii) agree to the Canvasdate Terms.

If you do not want to become a paying Premium subscriber, you must cancel before the end of the Free Trial Period. Otherwise, at the end of the Free Trial Period, you will automatically become a paying Premium subscriber and your payment method will be charged the then-current subscription fee each billing cycle until you cancel.

Payments are non-refundable, including for partially used periods, unless required by applicable law. If you cancel during the free trial, the cancellation may take effect immediately and your account may revert to the free version (where applicable). A free trial (if offered) may be limited to one per user/account, and Canvasdate reserves the right to modify or withdraw the free trial offer at any time.
